YSM20R: The conveyor system can be selected from dual conveyor models and single-rail models. Supports substrate sizes up to L810xW490mm (double transfer table, single track model that transfers one substrate). YSM20W: The conveyor system can be selected from single-track and double-track models. The substrate handling capability has been greatly enhanced, and it can convey substrates with a maximum length of L810xW742mm, a transmission weight of 10kg, and a maximum thickness of 8mm (monorail model).
